Starting the new decade, our founder and longtime member of the board Hermann Baer leaves the company into a well-deserved retirement. After 34 eventful and successful years, Mr. Baer steps back from all activities in the company.

In an advisory capacity, he remains available to Lucius & Baer in important questions.

This step has been carefully prepared and all operational responsibilities were transferred to our experienced team and the remaining executive board.

We thank Hermann Baer for his entrepreneurial and personal engagement, his efforts and his friendship.
